I had a pleasant two-night stay at the hotel while exploring Mt Fuji and the nearby lake with my family. The hallmark of our stay was the helpful staff and the quiet room we stayed in, which even had a partial view of Mt Fuji. However, the bed was extremely hard, which made sleep a challenge, and the decor felt quite dated. Plus, the location was a bit of a walk from the bus station, although the lake was easily accessible.
Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the great staff and the comfortable, quiet room. The location was convenient for accessing Mt. Fuji and the lake, but the bed was incredibly firm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The hotel provided some nice amenities like complimentary heating pads and extra pillows, which were appreciated.
My family and I had a pleasant two-night stay at this hotel to explore Mt Fuji and the nearby lake. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station, and the staff were incredibly helpful. While the room was relatively spacious and quiet, it did have a very firm bed which wasn't ideal for comfort. Additionally, I appreciated the walkable distance to the lake and a nearby secondhand store, but the overall feel of the place was somewhat dated.
I had a pleasant two-night stay with my family while visiting Mt. Fuji and the nearby lake. The hotel is located within walking distance of the lake and the bus station, and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed a larger-than-average room with a partial view of Mt. Fuji, although the bedding was quite hard and not very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, despite some dated decor and bedding issues.
I enjoyed a pleasant two-night stay at this hotel, ideally situated near the bus station and within walking distance to the lake. The room was quiet and included a kitchenette, plus we were lucky to have a partial view of Mt. Fuji. However, the mattress and pillows were quite firm, making for a less comfortable sleeping experience. The complimentary heating pads were a nice touch, and the staff went out of their way to assist us, making our overall stay enjoyable.
